Simply put our customers are #1 and we have aligned our entire organization with this one philosophy. At Music Parts Plus you will find the best selection of musical instrument parts, along with exemplary customer service.

Music Parts Plus was founded in March 2007. After a year of growing in leaps and bounds, we had to shutdown temporarily to re-organize and re-group. To be honest, we never thought it would grow as big as it did as fast as it did and we weren't prepared for it. We knew we couldn't keep up with our customer's expectations if we continued at this rate and we had to get better organized, so as not to let our customers down in the future.

So, Music Parts Plus went out and partnered up with some of the biggest and most professional organizations in the world. We've incorporated a warehouse automation system and technology, that now makes our shipping department more efficient than Wal..., well I can't say it, but it rhymes with Walmart. We've partnered up with a marketplace manager that allows us to extend our brand to more than 30 different shopping sites. We've developed and trained the finest customer service representatives, product managers and administrative staff.

Q: Does Music Parts Plus combine shipping?

  • A: Yes, you simply take the highest priced shipping item first, then you add the additional shipping price for all the other items.

    For example if you purchase 3 items: The first one's shipping cost is $6.95, the 2 additional items shipping costs are $3.95/$.75. So total shipping for all 3 items will be $6.95+$.75+.75=$8.45 for all 3 items.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TARIFFS OR TAXES IMPOSED BY THEIR COUNTRY.

Q: What is the status of my order?

A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-6 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to International Customers.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

A: Sorry, expedited shipping is not available at this time.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

A: YES, Music Parts Plus ships worldwide. Brazil, Greece, Italy, Russia and Ukraine see below.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?

A: Music Parts Plus does not charge any additional return shipping fees. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us.

Q. What forms of payment does Music Parts Plus accept?

A. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards only.

Q. Does Music Parts Plus do back orders?

A. Music Parts Plus does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested.

What is your Return Policy?

Q. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. After 15 days only a store credit will be issued. Returns must be unopened and in the condition you received it with all of the original packaging.

YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE THAT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT. REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund/store credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
