Q. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A. Send us an email to receive a Return Authorization code. Return requests received within 15 days will receive a refund to the original payment method. If return request is received after 15 days only a store credit will be issued.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, 5% RESTOCKING FEE, IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING ON YOUR ORDER THE VALUE OF THE UNCHARGED SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. ALL ORDERS THAT WERE CHARGED SHIPPING WILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING PRICE PAID DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND
RETURNS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING
YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE THAT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund/store credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
