Q. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
A. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase for a full refund. After 15 days only a store credit will be issued. Returns must be unopened and in the condition you received it with all of the original packaging.
YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE THAT MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN TO RECEIVE PROPER CREDIT.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund/store credit. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
